THE second Mc William Training / Coaching Clinic will be held on the 23rd & 24th April 2016 for boats to prepare for the ICRA Nationals / WIORA West Coast Championships / Volvo Cork Week / Calves Week and Club Racing.
NEW FOR 2016 - One of the McWilliam's coaches will be on board your yacht for ONE of the scheduled races as well as on the water RIB coaching.
NEW FOR 2016 - Talk / Discussion on Crew Preparation & Boat Preparation for cruiser racing.

Can you CONFIRM BY EMAIL ASAP - FIRST COME FIRST SERVED BASIS - Places strictly limited to maximize coaching time per boat.
COST OF CLINIC - €130.00 per boat - Covers the cost of Training / Coaching, Berthage Friday 22nd Saturday 23rd and Sunday 24th April, Lift in & Out for trailing boats, on the water race management.
Saturday will be a long day with an early start on the water - back ashore in the late afternoon for a bite to eat in the club with debriefing sessions.

Start / Windward / Gate / Leeward / Finish
Minimum 10 races scheduled over the two days, also time allocated to focus on race starts
Minimum two coaches on the water both verbal & video training / coaching
Both on and off the water coaching / training
